During the COVID pandemic, customer was looking to replace a heavily manual and time-consuming screening process with an accurate and safe automated solution.

SOLUTION - Turnkey solution provided for universal deployment and accounted for a variety of environments. Design would work independent of various factors, applications, and infrastructure.

SOLUTION - Remote viewing with free app and automatic temperature monitoring without personal contact.
Decreased Productivity - Lengthy employee check-in was resulting in loss of production.
SOLUTION - Live alerts to both mobile app and recorder, with automatic recording of temperatures that exceed limit defined by operator.
Results
The thermal temperature monitoring solution combined the latest hybrid thermal network camera, a blackbody calibration device, and an NVR to monitor temperatures. The solution delivers contactless and continuous non-invasive detection of elevated skin temperatures. Accurate temperature monitoring reduced false positives, minimizing the number of people sent to secondary inspection, reducing manpower requirements and improving personnel safety. A plug and play design that could be installed numerous times at a single site or once across many sites.
