Local Community Hospital – The Information Systems Director contacted us about potentially refreshing 1,250 physical phones within their facility. We have worked with them in other technology areas and are also a valuable resource to them in acquiring physical technology pieces. Our relationships with distributors allowed us to not only obtain the currently requested equipment, but to also lay out a plan to complete additional technology related services for them.

High Level Grounds Maintenance Company – A highly respected and successful grounds maintenance company was experiencing multiple internal technology problems with their current provider. The internal issues were affecting not only internal productivity, but more importantly hampering invoicing. Invoices were not getting their clients; therefore, revenue receipt was being delayed significantly. We conducted a site survey and then our Network Engineer dove into their specific technology hardware and software. We were able to pinpoint a couple of points of concern. We then designed an email and Managed IT solution to alleviate not only these concerns, but also to aid them in running more efficiently overall. Revenue is now received on a much more consistent basis and internally, they are much more productive.

Highly Respected 200-year-old Liberal Arts College – As with most college and universities, this particular institution of higher learning is always looking for ways to improve the experience of their students from a technology perspective. Recently, they have partnered with us to run fiber, install data drops and wireless access points. We were also asked to install single mode fiber and extend data cables at a restaurant on campus. The work we have done for them is of the highest quality as we are continually partnering with them on other student experience improving technology initiatives.

Multiple Local School Districts – We consult with multiple local school districts on many levels. We have recently assisted a large local district with evaluating all their buildings as it relates to access control and video surveillance. Our Sales Engineer performed a walk through of all buildings, reviewed current floor plans/camera placements and dead spots. We then discussed with the district their desires in improving overall student safety. VCT then designed an Axis solution that not only met their current needs, but one that will also be able to grow as the district grows. The solution will provide a safer environment for all faculty and students that is well within their budget.
